Operational Contracts

OPERATIONAL CONTRACTS ( AGREEMENTS )

We draw up the following operational agreements as required by SANS 10231:

1 ) Consignor / Operator Operational Agreement

A formal Operational Agreement has to be entered into between the Consignor and the Operator.
SANS 10231 outlines the requirements of this contract.
DGLC cc will draw up this agreement.
Clients / Operators would need to be signatories to such an Agreement .

2 ) Consignor / Agent Operational Agreement

A formal Operational Agreement has to be entered into between the Consignor and any Marketing agent / Sales agent / Transport broker / Freight forwarder / Clearing agent.
SANS 0231 outlines the requirements of this contract.
DGLC cc will draw up this agreement.
Operators / Sub Operators would need to be signatories to such an Agreement .

3 ) Operator / Sub Operator Operational Agreement

A formal Operational Agreement has to be entered into between the Operator and all Sub Operators.

4 ) Transport Broker / Operator Operational Agreement

A formal Operational Agreement has to be entered into between the Transport broker and Operator.

Operators / Sub Operators would need to be signatories to such an Agreement .

5 ) Consignor/Freight Forwarding or Clearing Agent

A formal Operational Agreement has to be entered into between the Consignor/Freight Forwarding or Clearing Agent.

Operators / Sub Operators would need to be signatories to such an Agreement .
